~ Statement of Purpose: in brief


From the grass roots - a wave of goodwill and the desire to succour our ailing planet and all its inhabitants has been growing and gaining momentum.

In the midst of great darkness, this light of the will-to-good is rising, swelling and making itself felt at all levels of society, in all walks of life, in every country of the globe; each unit expressing themselves in their own unique ways, according to the gifts they have been given and the light of their own soul.

We do not regard ourselves as authority figures. We are fellow-pilgrims on this journey to a greater life, still works in progress, still very human. We seek only to offer our gifts to the common good, and gain the reward of a fuller, more meaningful life, a richer heart, and broader, ever-more-inclusive love. We regard ourselves, and those to whom we reach out, as friends.

The purpose of this website is to provide a venue where people can learn of some of our activities, and those who wish to join us may find expression. As individuals pursuing our own dharma, we may be effective. As a network of collaborating friends, our effect can perhaps be more widely felt, our impact more profound.

We humbly invite you to meet us and, if your heart so moves you, to join us.

~ Intro: Relaxation, Meditation, Instruction & Personal Guidance

We combine a program of deep relaxation, meditation, instruction, discussion and spiritual videos from a variety of traditions that inspire and deepen our quest. Group instruction is combined with personal guidance because no two people have exactly the same needs, and adaptations must be made to suit the tastes and temperaments of each individual. Each of us is unique, and instruction must honour and cater to individual requirements.

Meditations are suitable for both experienced practitioners and beginners. Experienced practitioners are facilitated to deepen their practice, while beginners learn ways to stabilise the busy mind to achieve stillness, silence and ease of being.
